By accessing or purchasing from ReelTales (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What We Sell
The Site sells ready-to-use, season-length scripts and production notes for short-form video. Each season is an exclusive digital product sold to a single buyer. Once a season has been purchased it is permanently removed from sale and can no longer be previewed by others.
3. License to the Buyer
After purchase, the buyer receives a personal, commercial license to use that season's script to produce and publish videos. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw script text as a competing script product.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide an accurate email address so you can receive access and support.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars. By completing a purchase you agree to PayPal's terms. Access is delivered instantly to your account after payment is confirmed.
6. AI-Generated Content
Products are written and assembled with AI assistance and reviewed by humans. Title originality is checked, but buyers remain responsible for ensuring their final produced content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific views, earnings, or business results from using the scripts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
